Accusump 2.4~2.8 bar EPC Valve SpecificationsThis EPC (Electric Pressure Control) valve controls the oil flow between the engine and the Accusump accumulator. This ideal racing solution combines the convenience of a standard electric valve with the fast refill rate of a manual valve.To maximise the amount of oil available this device opens to allow oil to be discharged only when the pressure drops below a predetermined level. Refilling occurs when the pressure rises above that level.It is important to select a valve with a pressure switch that is below your warm idle oil pressure so the Accusump will not be discharging at idle. Yet you must also pick a valve with a pressure setting close enough to your normal operating pressure.This kit contains a 1/2" NPT female threaded electric valve a 1/2" NPT nipple a 2.4~2.8 bar (35~40 psi) EPC regulator a switch a cable lugs and installation instructions.
