CNC71 Steering Lock Pro Kit for Nissan 350Z SpecificationsOffered by CNC71 this front suspension kit for the Nissan 350Z makes it possible to significantly increase the vehicle's steering angle modify the characteristics of the Ackermann steering geometry and make adjustments quickly without the need to remove previously installed parts. Developed to be "plug & play" it fits directly into the car's factory suspension mounting points without any modifications.Compliant with drifting series regulations this kit is made from high-quality steel and aluminium and machined on high-precision CNC machines. Each part is protected by powder coating or zinc galvanizing. The use of spherical bearings eliminates the need for rubber bushings ensuring better steering feel and more precise response on the track. The kit offers a 68-degree steering angle with the ability to quickly adjust the Ackermann geometry which ranges from positive to negative by applying special washers. This makes it possible to quickly adjust the car's driving characteristics to suit the tracks conditions and the driver's preferences. This package also includes a steering limiter that is easy to set up thanks to asymmetrical bushes. The kit also raises the car's roll centre reducing the tendency to roll when cornering. It allows the wheels to be adjusted so as to minimise the car's deviation from the racing line during cornering and sharp steering input. This is the key to keeping the front wheels gripped to the asphalt and effectively predicting the vehicle's drifting behaviour.Kit contents :Upper and lower control armsTie rod relocatorsSteering knucklesAccessories required for installationInstallation instruction manualManufacturer's recommendations :The kit fits wheel sizes ranging from 17" to 19" under the condition that the inner diameter of the rim isnât smaller than 400 mm.The kit allocates the necessary space for mounting coilovers which are necessary for the correct operation of the kit.Based on the Ackermann angle measurements it is possible to adjust the following outlined alignment value: -5° camber angle (from -4 to -6.5) and 5.1° caster angle (from 4 to 6).
